What Car? is looking for a Road Test Editor

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Be highly experienced motoring journalist.
They will be expected to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of cars currently on sale in the UK and be a seasoned car tester. Ideally he or she will also be currently working for a leading motoring magazine or website, although this is not essential.
He or she will also have to demonstrate high levels of journalistic ability and be able to write within tight deadlines across both print and digital platforms.
The winning candidate will also be running a small team and so be able to demonstrate management expertise. 
You will also be expected to interact and work with with the wider What Car? team and represent the title at many motor industry launches and functions in the UK and abroad.
The nature of the role dictates that he or she will also have to be an expert driver and have knowledge and experience of performance testing on private test tracks.
