BRAND/TITLE DESCRIPTION

A twelve-month contract exists for an Agresso Systems Implementation Analyst to work as a key resource in the reimplementation of Haymarket’s financial system from Agresso Business World 5.4 SP5 to 5.6. The system is built across two clients and supports around 1500 users based predominantly in Greater London and New York. It encompasses core Financials, Project Costing and Billing, Purchasing, Sales Orders and Web functionality including Requisitioning, Invoice Manager, Timesheets and Reporting, in addition to interfaces with several other business systems. The individual working in this role will be involved in the analysis, design, build, testing and implementation of Agresso 5.6 across all of these areas. The role will also include an element of report writing and data processing for related business systems.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Responsibilities
 To carry out the analysis, design, build and testing of Haymarket’s business processes on Agresso 5.6 in accordance with Haymarket’s business requirements.
 To work closely with the Finance Systems Manager, Project Manager, Agresso consultants and business users to make decisions on process and module design and configuration.
 To carry out thorough testing and analysis of initial test builds to ensure that the final build of the system meets user acceptance and fulfils business processes.
 To document the configuration and usage of modules and processes in the final build of the system.
 To write reports for Agresso-related business systems in Crystal Reports and participate in building data migration processes, as required by the Business Systems Development Manager.

Personal Profile

The individual must have several years of experience working with Agresso systems and have been intimately involved in the implementation or upgrade of one or more corporate financial systems to Agresso Business World 5.5.3/5.6. He or she must be capable of working to project deadlines and have the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.

Skills & Experience
 Sound knowledge of financial systems and processes.
 Experience in the implementation or upgrade of Agresso Business World to 5.5.3/5.6.
 A thorough understanding of the Agresso data model, workflows and tasks.
 The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business staff.
 The ability to write reports using Excelerator, ARC and Crystal Reports.
 Strong SQL skills are essential.
 The ability to write stored procedures in MS SQL Server is highly desirable.
 Experience with SSIS would be advantagous.
 Experience with data migration (ETL).
