This year brings fresh and exciting challenges. Armed with the strength of our brand and a robust growth plan, we are looking for an excellent salesperson to drive the development of our key accounts.
These include some of the best-known charities in the industry – Save the Children, Cancer Research <!--?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /-->UK, Macmillan, British Red Cross, The National Trust…the list goes on. Great causes in need of great talent, our key account handler will be responsible for providing them with creative, effective recruitment solutions in line with our ambitious sales plan.
This role would suit either a current Account Manager or talented Senior Sales Executive able to demonstrate the skills below. For the right person, we would be willing to take on a candidate as a Senior Sales Executive, with the view to developing them into an Account Manager in the role.<!--?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /-->
This is a hugely significant role to the Third Sector brand, and therefore to the larger Recruitment division. You will be aiming to constantly grow your network of relevant contacts in each organisation, and you will be responsible for strategically growing revenues and market share across each of your accounts. Subject to support from your sales manager, you will be fully involved in the sales planning, reporting, and forecasting process.
In essence you will be a champion of the key accounts group, taking total responsibility for getting under the skin of our market, and bringing your own flair and energy to this hugely exciting role.
