The Virtual Venue Visit was launched in late 2009 following extensive research with over 100 event organisers. The biggest challenge highlighted by the event organisers was combating the time taken to visit and find suitable venues. The Virtual Venue Visit provides short, to-the-point video content of event venues and is swiftly becoming a key resource for event organisers across the globe. With over 60 venues sold into the site already, the coming months will see fantastic growth for Virtual Venue Visit.

Person Specification 

Reporting to the Senior Advertising Manager, you will work with the C&IT sales team to generate maximum potential revenue from the Virtual Venue Visit. Your clients will include tourist boards, hotel chains, nightclubs and exhibition centres.
 
Within this role you will be expected to:

Maintain, grow and expand revenue opportunities for the Virtual Venue Visit. You should be constantly seeking new ways and areas to develop that add to our revenue and profitability.

Focus on forward planning.

Personal selling. You will inherit a cross section of clients; big, small and of varying spend. Developing these accounts will be key

Arrange and attend approximately 3 face to face meetings a week

Your attitude should be mature, positive, determined, professional, and considered.

Make balanced and considered decisions. Be decisive and take responsibility

Determined in securing client meetings and maximising the impact of your sales pitch during these meetings

Possess the tenacity needed to further establish this product in the market
