The role is key to the success of Gramophone, and spans print, digital content syndication and creative sales. Reporting directly to the sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our core advertising revenues from major and independent record labels as well as having a strong focus on new business generation.

Manage both client direct and media agency accounts
Develop your strategic skills by delivering a multi-platform media solution
Be a key representative in a specialist market
Develop your skills with day-to-day brand/business duties as a key member of the team
Have the space to flex your creative flair to deliver new and exciting ways to generate revenues for the brands
Attend a number of events and shows pertinent to the classical music market and gain experience in selling to international clients
What do we want?
The ideal candidate will be able to deal with clients at all levels, have client empathy, confident at presenting with a balanced and outgoing personality. You will need to be persuasive and ideally have face to face client experience. We want a consultative character, a strong sales person who can close and one that is a team player.
