Brand/Title Description 

A Credit Control role working in Haymarket Exhibitions has recently become vacant.  The individual will be based in the Teddington office but will be required to travel and work away at exhibitions throughout the year. This role is primarily chasing for monies before the service has been provided. The key responsibilities include:
Handles a ledger as part of a credit team.Responsible for cash allocation, raising invoices and credits.Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and account records.Ability to work with a minimum of supervision on collection of due items.Has regular customer contact by phone, fax and email.Uses initiative and imagination to achieve the deadlines, while promoting customer goodwill.Anticipates developments and identifies accounts that will require special attention.Makes adjustments, handles queries and resolves problems within the guidelines of management.Negotiates to bring payment into line with terms within the guidelines of management.Compiles documentation for legal actionWorks under direction of and reports to a Credit Control Manager.Onsite cash collections.Onsite reconciliations.Ad hoc duties.
