Role Summary

As Client Manager, you will work closely with the sales team and will be responsible for onboarding new accounts, driving the engagement of current customers with the What Car? New Car platform and for account retention. 

You will be a hard working, driven, confident and outgoing individual looking to be part of a winning team but one that is happy working on their own. On a day-to-day basis your focus will be meeting with new and existing clients to ensure they are fully versed on our systems and able to engage with our audience of car buyers in a timely and professional manner. You will be required to gather insights, if required and present these at client level.

This role requires strong communication both face to face and via the phone and previous face to face experience would be preferred.
