Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our Medical Communications team. This position is based in our New York, NY office.
 
Job Overview:
The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for the management and client services pertaining to print and digital advertising campaigns. As the primary contact between internal departments and external clients, strong communication skills are a must. The Digital Account Manager will collaborate with Sales to develop media plans, project manager campaign launches, and execute successful deliver and optimizations of digital media campaigns. In this role, s/he will be responsible for optimizing campaigns to maximize revenue and cultivating strong and productive relationships with clients.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of site metrics, inventory, pricing, and products by collaborating with Ad Ops, Marketing, and Editorial
  • Develop strategic campaign proposals proactively and in response to RFPs
  • Build solid customer relationships and act as important point of contact for clients’ day-to-day needs
  • Work effectively in a cross-functional capacity including key partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ad Ops, and Editorial
  • Effectively monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing optimizations as necessary, and presenting areas for potential incremental
  • Project manage timelines and creative asset submissions for digital campaigns
  • Take ownership of the customer experience and provide best in class client services
  • Coordinate with Finance to reconcile monthly billing and campaign delivery
 
Skills and Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of industry experience or related work
  • Strong communication skills and a logical thinker
  • Superior attention to detail and organization
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of digital order management systems
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
