Frequently asked questions

You will need to apply online through our careers system and create a profile including a copy of your CV. If you are applying for an Editorial position we recommend adding a cover letter to accompany your application.

Once you have submitted your application, it will undergo a thorough review process. Our teams will do this by comparing each application to the job criteria and inviting the most relevant applicants to a first stage interview.

Interviews for each role may be up to three stages depending on the specific role. These stages are likely to  include a first stage virtual interview, followed by face-to-face sessions with assessments/tasks for candidates to complete. In person interviews will take place at our Head Office in Twickenham. Full details of the time and location of each interview will be emailed to you beforehand. Any assessment or task needed will be clearly outlined beforehand to give you time to prepare.

You can check the status of applicants by logging into your profile dashboard.

As part of our disability confident commitment, we are happy to work with all candidates on any changes or adjustments required to complete the application process. Should you wish to request these, please email us outlining what is required, and make sure you notify us as part of your application, so we can assist you as best as we can.

We will consider sponsorship for permanent roles requiring niche skill sets. If you require sponsorship to work in the UK, please make this clear at the start of your application process.
