Haymarket’s commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
As a global business operating in diverse markets, Haymarket is inherently multicultural.
The success of our business, products and services relies on our ability to build powerful connections internally and externally. Those connections rely on creativity, borne out of the diversity of our brilliant, talented employees, every one of whom brings their own unique perspective, experience, and insights. Our inclusive culture provides everyone with a sense of belonging and the opportunity to thrive.
Globally we are committed to attracting, developing and retaining talent who reflect the communities we serve.
We equally recognise our broader responsibility to society as a whole. We will use our power and influence to drive diversity, equality, and inclusion within our markets and communities.
Haymarket Impact
At Haymarket, we are proud of our global sustainability progress to date. But we need to accelerate the pace.
As a business, we have a duty to do the right thing. We have redefined Haymarket’s Purpose to support our Impact strategy…
Impact exists to serve this Purpose.
Globally, we are focused on where we can have the most impact, reduce our negative impact and use our voice to positively influence our audiences, colleagues, clients and partners.
We recognise that our people are integral to Haymarket achieving our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion mission. We have five networks in place to work with leadership and the People team to help drive our DEI agenda, ensuring our workplace is welcoming and supportive for everyone. Networks play a crucial role in raising and championing the interests of under-represented groups at Haymarket. The networks are open to anyone who is passionate and committed to making a positive difference.

Our People
We care deeply about our people, our environment and the communities we serve. We live by our purpose of Creating a Better Future with Remarkable Content.
There’s always has something to get involved with, whether it’s one of our regular office socials, Haymarket’s running club or football team, joining one of our many employee-led DEI or Impact Networks, volunteering with our charity partner, or taking on a big fundraiser - we’ve cycled to Paris and Amsterdam, climbed Kilimanjaro, ran marathons and taken on the Three Peaks challenge - we are always on the hunt for our next adventure while supporting our local community too.
"Haymarket Impact recognises we have an increased need and responsibility to help drive positive, meaningful change. For us, that’s by completely immersing ourselves in our chosen UN SDGs focused on quality education, gender equality and climate action. I’m so proud of everything we have already achieved - from measuring our global scope 1,2 and 3 emissions to rolling out mandatory training on Impact to all employees - and I can’t wait for all that’s yet to come."
Kevin Costello Global Chief Executive
"Being part of Haymarket's global acceleration of its sustainability commitments with Impact is really exciting. One of the best parts of the role has to be working with so many talented, passionate people, not only in the UK but across all our offices around the world. "Haymarket is a place that trusts you to run with your creativity and ideas - from global campaigns and initiatives to new ways of driving engagement and awareness. It's so rewarding to see firsthand the progress we're making with Impact's goals and targets to help effect meaningful change."
